- Ensured operatives attended the correct properties and carried out works in line with specifications, schedules, and tenant requirements
- Monitored progress across multiple properties, maintaining productivity and minimising disruption to residents
- Liaised with site management, housing officers, tenants, subcontractors, and other trades to support smooth project delivery
- Resolved on-site installation issues promptly to maintain workflow and avoid delays to property handovers
- Maintained high standards of health & safety, quality control, and customer care within occupied housing environments
- Conducted regular inspections and ensured completed works met company standards and social housing compliance requirements
- Supported the successful delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes within social housing contracts
