UK GS is seeking Multi-Skilled Operatives to deliver kitchen, bathroom, and wetroom refurbishments across planned maintenance frameworks. The successful candidate will be competent across multiple trades and able to complete works to a high standard within occupied social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Full kitchen, bathroom and wetroom installations
- Wetroom former installation and tanking systems
- Plumbing alterations and pipework adjustments
- Wall and floor tiling
- Minor plastering and making good
- Working safely in tenanted properties
- Adhering to framework SLAs and KPIs
- Maintaining high standards of finish and compliance
Essential Requirements
- Strong plumbing and carpentry skills
- Wetroom installation experience
- Social housing experience
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- Trade qualifications
- DBS clearance
- Asbestos awareness certification
