UK GS requires experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Installers to deliver planned refurbishment programmes and ad hoc works across social housing frameworks. The role involves full removal and installation in both occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Full rip-out and installation of kitchens and bathrooms
- Installation of units, worktops, sanitaryware, and appliances
- Minor plumbing and first fix alterations
- Basic tiling and finishing works
- Working to programme schedules and framework specifications
- Ensuring tenant care standards are met
- Protecting residents’ homes during works
- Completing handover documentation
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in social housing refurbishments
- Multi-trade capability
- Experience working in occupied properties
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer service approach
