What aftercare support do I receive once the boiler is installed?

You’ll receive a 5-year manufacturer warranty, supported by our team. If you ever need help, you’ll have a direct local number to contact - no call centres or long waits.

Do I need an annual service to keep the warranty valid?

Yes. The warranty requires at least one annual boiler service, which we can provide for £70 + VAT or through one of our long-term servicing packages.
